- 200 gm Dark Chocolate
- 2 cups Milk
- ΒΌ cup Sugar
- 1 tbsp Heavy Cream
- 1 Tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- Marshmallows to make snowman
In a heavy bottom saucepan, steam the milk over medium-high flame.
Add the chocolate bar and stir over medium-low heat. Add the granulated sugar, heavy cream, and vanilla extract. Stir until combined.
Once the chocolate is melted and is well incorporated with the milk, serve. Decorate with Marshmallows or heavy cream or Peppermint candy canes on top.
- To make the Snowman using Marshmallows, insert the Marshmallows in a wooden skewer. Use a Food Marker or melted chocolate to make the face and hands of your snowman.
- The topping of hot chocolate is totally up to you. You can use Heavy Cream or Marshmallows or Crushed Peppermint Candy Canes.
