Ingredients
  

  • 200 gm Dark Chocolate
  • 2 cups Milk
  • ΒΌ cup Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Heavy Cream
  • 1 Tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • Marshmallows to make snowman

Instructions
 

  • In a heavy bottom saucepan, steam the milk over medium-high flame.
  • Add the chocolate bar and stir over medium-low heat. Add the granulated sugar, heavy cream, and vanilla extract. Stir until combined.
  • Once the chocolate is melted and is well incorporated with the milk, serve. Decorate with Marshmallows or heavy cream or Peppermint candy canes on top.

Notes

  • To make the Snowman using Marshmallows, insert the Marshmallows in a wooden skewer. Use a Food Marker or melted chocolate to make the face and hands of your snowman.
  • The topping of hot chocolate is totally up to you. You can use Heavy Cream or Marshmallows or Crushed Peppermint Candy Canes.
