Peanut Chutney | Vrat Ki Chutney is a quick Chutney you can make during Navratri or other fasting days. Its made with Peanuts and is super tasty. It takes only 3-4 minutes to get prepared.

Ingredients
  

  • 3-4 broken Green Chilis
  • ½ cup Peanuts
  • 1 tsp Sendha Namak
  • ½ Tsp Lemon Juice
  • ½ cup Water
  • 2 Tbsp Groundnut Oil
  • 1 Tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 2-3 branches Curry Leaves broken

Instructions
 

  • Take a mixer grinder jar. Add the broken green chilis, Peanuts, Sendha Namak, Lemon Juice, and Water.
    Grind them to a smooth paste.
  • For the Tadka, heat 2 tbsp Groundnut oil in a Pan. As the oil gets hot, add the Mustard seeds or Til and the Curry Leaves.
    As it gets to splatter, get it out and pour over the chutney.
  • Your Peanut Chutney is ready! Enjoy!
