Take Pomfret fish and wash it to remove all scales and make marks on both sides using a sharp knife.
Add spices - turmeric powder or Haldi Powder, Salt or Namak, Red Chili Powder or Lal Mirch Powder, Garam Masala, Besan or Gram Flour, Dahi or Yogurt, Mustard oil or Sarso Tel, And lastly ginger garlic and green chili paste.Mix everything well and marinate the fish. Cover and refrigerate for 30-minutes. In a grill pan add butter and once it starts to melt add your fish and grill it until both sides are charred on low flame. It takes about 2-3 minutes each side.
Drizzle lemon juice and serve with Onion rings and a wedge of lime.
