Boil Potatoes and Green Peas. Drain the water, remove the skin of the potatoes and mash them until smooth. Also, mash the green peas with the potatoes.
Make chaat masala by combining cumin(jeera) with coriander(dhaniya), fennel (sauf), and peppercorns (kali mirch). Dry roast the spices. Add some salt and ground to a powder using a mortar pestle.
Combine this spice with some salt & pepper and mix it well with the boiled potato and green peas mixture. Add the Breadcrumbs and 1 tbsp of oil. Combine everything to make a dough. Make small balls, flatten them to give them a disc shape, roll them around the edges and give them a proper shape. It should be a little thick around the edges.
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the Patties. Take them out on a tissue paper-lined plate.
Toast the buns. Start layering. First with the Mayonnaise, followed by Mustard Sauce, Tomato Ketchup, and Chili Sauce. Mix all of this using a spoon. Add the Aloo Tikki, followed by the Cheese slice, Tomato, and onion slices. Top with another layer of Mayonnaise & Tomato Ketchup and place the Bun hat on top. Seal it with a toothpick.
Serve Burger with fries and soft drinks.
