September 5, 2020 by Srirup

Schezwan Fried Rice is an easy and spicy and tasty fried rice recipe. This is made with Schewzan Fried Rice Masala ad Schezwan Chutney which just makes this fried rice extremely tasty and yummy. Serve it with your favorite dish and enjoy it.

Hello friends, Happy weekend to you all. Today I will share with you guys one of the best and all-time favorite Fried Rice Recipe - Schezwan Fried Rice. This is a very saucy and spicy fried rice recipe. t has the crunch of the veggies, the spiciness of the schezwan sauce, and the zest of garlic. This makes for a tasty and wholesome rice recipe which goes great with any Chinese recipe.

I am crushing over this Schezwan fried rice guys! I just love it so much. There is something about me and Chinese recipes. I just love everything Chinese. Although I must correct myself, this is not really a "Chinese Recipe". This one is an Indian version. Although we Indians have a habit of calling everything with soy sauce as Chinese 🙂

Coming back to this recipe - this one is so good you guys! It has a perfect crunch of the veggies. The crunchy veggies make this Schezwan fried rice so good.

In terms of sauces, I have just used some Soy Sauce and some Schezwan Sauce. Schezwan sauce is just so tasty guys. It just makes this recipe so so so tasty. I have also used some vinegar. Vinegar makes this Schezwan fried rice so zesty. If you do not have Vinegar, then you can use Lemon juice as a replacement.

For the veggies, I have used Chopped Carrots, Green Beans and Chopped Bell Peppers. Also, I have chopped my onions finely and chopped the bell pepper in big chunks. The only reason to do this is that this will keep the crunch of the veggies alive.

You can also add other veggies to this. I really like green onions in this one.

For spices, I haven't really used anything. In fact, I haven't even used any extra added salt or pepper. Although, you should balance the salt as per your taste.

So this was all about this Schezwan fried rice recipe. I hope you like it. If you make this recipe tag me with #twinskirasoi on Instagram. Also, comment your suggestions and doubts below.
