Makhana Ladoo

I really love making healthy dessert recipes. Desserts with a huge amount of sugar and sweetness are seriously no good. And in today's lifestyle where are battling so many challenges and so much stress already, we do not want unhealthy food and lifestyle to be a factor contributing to stress. So it's always great to choose a healthy lifestyle which means choosing a healthy diet over an unhealthy one.

And healthy food doesn't always have to be bland and boring. You can enjoy desserts once in a while and also enjoy it guilt-free.
