Guys, it was just yesterday when we used to see the 2-minute Maggi noodles ad and today Maggi has become our life. right? I mean we cannot imagine our life without Maggi. We might not know how to cook anything but all of us know how to make Maggi. right?

Maggi rolls

It's one of the easiest, tastiest, and most comforting thing that I can enjoy at all times of the day. Be it in the morning or in the evening or as dinner or lunch, there is no good time to have Maggi. Because every minute of this walking life feels good enough to have Maggi. Even if it is at 3:00 AM in the morning, Maggi shall always be our go-to recipe.

Today I am sharing with y'all a recipe with Maggi, that will take your love for Maggi, one notch higher.

Maggi rolls

Have you ever heard off - Maggi Roll? Oh! Yeah, crispy bread roll on the outside with our favorite Maggi on the inside. Just the perfect treat for mornings or evening snacks.

You know, how in India - people look for Pakora when it rains, well, serve them this quick and easy snack recipe and they will say that you have hit it out of the park.

Maggi rolls

Let's talk taste:

These Maggi Rolls look sort of like Pakoras. They have a crispy bread skin and as you bite in you get your good old friend Maggi beautifully tucked inside. As I have cooked the Maggi separately with some Onions, garlic along with some Masalas or spices, the taste is simply outstanding. It is so much better than the normal Maggi, that we have.

Adding the Masalas makes it taste super awesome. Just the way you want it to be. I know many of you are thinking that what is the need to add masalas, what is the need to add onions and garlic. At least, I used to think this way until I tried it today.

I am telling you guys, adding the masalas along with onions and garlic made it taste super-duper awesome.

How to Make Maggi Rolls?

Maggi rolls

The first step is to make a masala with Onions, garlic, green chilies, and some dry spices which are turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and some jeera powder or cumin powder. And, last but not the least, our favorite Maggi Masala. How can we forget Maggi Masala while making Maggi, right?

Once your Masalas are completely cooked you need to add some water - to cook your Maggi and then add your Maggi cubes.

Make your Maggi and then sprinkle some green peas on them. Cool it down to room temperature.

In the meantime chop the sides of bread and then dab it in water and pour Maggi at the center and roll it up.

Deep fry Maggi rolls in hot oil and enjoy.

easy right?
